Policies and Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for all our guests, we have established the following rules, guidelines, and information regarding check-in, check-out, and other important policies. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

The Rules

We don’t have too many rules, but here is the rundown:

Be decent human beings – we ask our guests to be respectful of others. Be polite to your fellow guests. Try to keep the noise levels down in the hallway, try to be particularly quiet between 10pm and 8am. Don’t destroy your room, if you have an accident and something gets broken, let us know before you check-out.

Be good pet-parents – if you’re bringing your fur-baby with you, don’t leave them alone in the room unless they are in a crate. If your fur baby normally sleeps on your bed and you don’t have an extra covering for the bed, let us know and we will supply something. Let us know if your fur-baby eats the bed or digs up the carpet, as long as it won’t be too costly, we won’t charge you if we know about it before we find it. Pick up your pets poop and dispose of it appropriately in a public trash can.

Be trash conscious – we will do the hard work on sorting your recycling but please rinse food containers and separate composting. Put composting in the white plastic bin next to the fridge. Don’t flush trash down the toilet.
Don’t share your access codes – it’s important that we keep all guests safe so please don’t tell anyone what the code for the exterior doors or your room are. We have video surveillance in public areas of the building and the site.

No smoking or vaping – this is an absolute rule, guests who are found to have smoked in their rooms will be asked to pay the cost of another night to allow us time to properly decontaminate the room. Smoking is permitted to the rear of the building where we have a cigarette disposal stand – this waste is sent away for recycling.

Check-in and check-out times are important – check-in is after 15:00 and check out before 11:00. If you need alternative arrangements, please ask us. We have some extended check-outs available each day for $20 to allow a 12:00 check-out time.
